We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a wrong or faulty item, you must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging intact. Any item that shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement of the same product or an exchange depending on stock availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued according to our internal review process.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases. If a refund is approved, only the product amount will be refunded, not the delivery fee.

Aima Collection reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any return, exchange, or refund. We also reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our policy requirements.
